Slow-steeped for 18 hours and cold-filtered for a silky, low-acid concentrate. Dilute 1:1 over ice, or splash into milk.

For filter: 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio, water at 94–96°C. For espresso: 18g in, 36g out, 27–30 seconds. Adjust grind to taste.
